OF PURCHASING A SKODA CAR. i bought skoda laura from Arshia motors FARIDABAD in june 2009. The car's doors started rattling about a month after purchase. Went to the dealer workshop. Their engineers tightened the bolts/screws of the doors. Noise goes off. I am relieved. But after another month the problem recurs. Again i went to the dealer workshop, who now say that it is an inherent problem with the car and that i'll have to periodically come to them to get it rectified. I lodge a complaint with the customer care at Aurangabad, who promised me on the phone that my problem shall be looked into. I get a SMS from aurangabad about 15 days later qouting my Ticket no. and mentioning that my problem is being looked into . In the mean time i went to get the doors rectified for the 3 rd time in 4 months. The audio speaker has given away, AXLE BOOT WAS REPLACED. AND ALL THIS IS HAPPENING WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE OF WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A QUALITY PRODUCT. The attitude of customer care people at Aurangabad is all the more worse. I think for indians Maruti and Honda products are the best and their customer care is much better.My advise would be to avoid Skoda products altogether. Otherwise be prepared to suufer like me. Further when I requested him to furnish me with the details of the MD Telephone No., Email Address , He categorically told me that as he was the sole in charge …………HIS WORD STANDS FINAL.
