Bad HR policy, stay late night, more work load, lesser salary and weekends work is compulsary, No Claims for any thing. No increments for this year also 2010. coz this more than 100 ppl resigned. True exprecience of Polaris. Don’t join this company even u r got offer letter. There is variable pay and other thing which actauuly will half of u r salary will gone in this mess only. u’ll get nothing in the month end.
