I have just opened two SB A/c,s with locker facility with your branch at Vizag.The staff and service is very good to start with.However I did a net search on the feedback at mouthshut.com.It was quite scary to say the least.Its no better than ICICI Bank.I wish someone at he bank is more prompt in redressal of such grievances .It only generates bad publicity.Hope my views on the bank stay the way it is now.

Being an employee with Kotak Mahindra Bank I can say that interms of salary paid to freshers-it is the worst in the industry!!!..It does not stand by its value that it preaches-Flat organization..and approachable..
All MT’s batch 2008 were shown the door during recession-Ask Mr.Subhro(Head HR) and he will talk about non-performance.
So why are the same guys being hired by the best in the industry?…Worst HR support..
Work culture-they expect the employees to slog day in and day out-when it comes to appraisal-they talk differently…..
Mr. Subho and his HR team donot know the basics of employee motivation….you talk to the employees and they will tell u….
