IT 4588 (PNR NO.IIFZZP)though the Boarding pass was issued to me and lying with me.Local authority gave in writing that full refund will be given but sorry to say no refund has yet been made.Sent mails but no reply could be had.I left airport at 13.15 hrs.after waiting for a long time.No assistance was given by your local authority.I shall be happy if you kindly expidite your process of refunding honestly to me.
