These wings are now in India as Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Honda Motor Company Ltd., Japan. Honda’s dream for India is to not only manufacture 2-wheelers of global quality, but also meet and exceed the expectations of Indian customers with outstanding after sales support.
The HMSI factory is spread over 52 acres, with a covered area of about 85,815 square metres at Manesar, Gurgaon district of Haryana. The foundation stone for the factory was laid on 14th December 1999 and the factory was completed in January 2001. The initial installed capacity was 100,000 scooters per year, which has reached 6,00,000 scooters by the year by 2007 and motorcycle capacity shall be 4,00,000 per annum. The total investment outlay for the initial capacity was Rs. 215 crores. By the end of the year 2008, the accumulated investment was estimated Rs.900 crores.

Dear customer care,
my name is shailesh.s.dhoble,i am from mumbai ,i.e from kandivali i had my dream bike honda shine on 22nd sept 2007, i purchased it from om sai honda showroom from malad west link rd,bcoz i believe that if i buy bike from authorised dealer we get all the accessiors good with the bike, as the slug line of honda is that i enjoy the quality, from the date 22nd sept 2007 till 14th feb2010, i keep sharing the slug line that i enjoy the quality with my all the freinds but i got a shok when one of my freind who has got bajaj bike he and my other freinds laugh at me when they saw my petrol tank which has got RUST INSIDE when we r filling petrol, and they started teasing me that u enjoy the bad quality i am really upset so on 15th feb 2010 i went to our honda service station at kandivali west hundistan naka in mumbai they told me that sorry sir we cant help u bcoz my bike has completed 2yrs and also that time my freinds were there with me, from service station they told me that u plz kindly contact to our central customer care they definately solve ur problem by replacing the tank.SO I SENT THIS MAIL TO hmsicustomercare@gmail.com but these people didnt call me yet,so i am sending this mail direct to u And i belive that u people definately come at me in a positive way.so i am sending u mobile no 9867238985, u can call me between 3 pm to 5 pm. thank u.

sir,
i own a unicorn, for which i had to wait for approximately 2 months after specified delivery date. unicorn s known for its smoothness and control which i lost after servicing at your dealer.post service performance is more inferior than pre service conditions.
things i lost after service
1) loss of smoothness
2) disc complaint left untouched
3) suspension s worse
4) engine s very noisy
5) poor customer service
6) complaints are not taken care off
i am sorry 2 say that i lost the faith in your company service..in spite of having 2 more free service,i am getting my bike serviced outside,and i am advsing my friends not to go for honda bike due to poor service..if my problems are not taken into considerations honda may expect more complaints like mine in future and may lose your sales .. am a well wisher of honda so that i insisted my grievances.. personally feeling tat your service centers are degrading the bikes..

I AM JITHIN.S.K FRM KERALA
I BOUGHT IT FROM BADLY BRANCH OF ( SHYMAS HONDA, NORTH OF M.S.M. COLLEGE,KAYANKULAM. 0479-3295444)
I gave my Bike for servicing , main fault was clutch and brake etc…,later in the evening i realise that clutch and brake was not working properly.I again went to dealer and complaint about this. The manager first misbihave with meand asked me to wait for a long,Then they start misbihave with me and refuse to repair it. I was upset and leave that shop. After i give my bike to a local bike shop, they simply replace.This experience was really upseting, I hope you people will do sumthing about this in future.
I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this SHYMAS HONDA service centre.

respected sir, i own o unicorn which i’d bought last nov from HASSAN HONDA, PUDUCHERRY.
after my 1st service i had complaint of SOUND FROM D MONOSUSPENSION. i’v finished all my 4 free services still d same complain persists. finally they found dat a WASHER was missing near the monosuspension area…. to detect it they took 1 week…. thereafter they told that they did not get that washer anywhere and they had asked me to wait…. Its been more than a month. whenever i approach them i don get a proper response……. they just make me roam here and there which has been happening for the past one month…… please see to my request and get me a solution soon……
also i complained that my bike’s mileage is only around 45kmpl…… they told that they worked on it… but still its the same…….
