Offshore Deployment Centers

In Some Processes the work is quite intresting and challenging while some processes just do a job similiar to that of a Data Entry operator.
As of now Growth Opportunities are very Low.
Salary is not the best in the Industry.

I was with e-clerx for 6 months even being a fresher i had wonderful experience there.Managers are average kind of,talking about compensation i felt i was well paid,bt the growth oppurtunity is not mounting up Stagnancy is continuous….

A friend of mine is working wit eclerx since last 6 months and he is so messed up with the job that he started looking for another.There is no work in some processes,even the little work which they do is so boring that they should have recruited some school children instead of graduates and MBA’s.Hr policies are so dumb that discussing abt them is waste of time.when it comes to growth,the opporutunity to grow never exists as their is no work to do and show our skills.Salary is so low that it never meets the company standards.Open work culture is gud .
