 i own a unicorn, for which i had to wait for approximately 2 months after specified delivery date. unicorn s known for its smoothness and control which i lost after servicing at your dealer.post service performance is more inferior than pre service conditions. 
things i lost after service
1) loss of smoothness
2) disc complaint left untouched
3) suspension s worse
4) engine s very noisy 
5) poor customer service
6) complaints are not taken care off

i am sorry 2 say that i lost the faith in your company service..in spite of having 2 more free service,i am getting my bike serviced outside,and i am advsing my friends not to go for honda bike due to poor service..if my problems  are not taken into considerations honda may expect more complaints like mine in future and may lose your sales .. am a well wisher of honda so that i insisted my grievances.. personally feeling tat your service centers are degrading the bikes..

I had purchased samsung GT-S5233S (IMEI no:35720203114866/2) from mobile store at Bangalore, India. Within 10 days of purchase, the lock of the memory card was not working. Still the card was being read by the phone. I took it to the Samsung care center at Brahmagiri, Udupi (Karnataka) since I reside at Manipal. The technician inspected it. After he had dismantled the phone, and put it back together I did not check to see if the memory card slot was working fine. On reaching home I found that the card was not being detected. On taking this matter to the care center, the receptionist said the manager was out for personal work during working hours. After waiting for 45 minutes, he plainly denied that his technician had opened the case. He accused me of damaging the slot. I being a girl could not fight back since he threatened me. All his staff members were watching us. Such uncouth behaviour was totally uncalled for. I am being badly harrassed by the manager. I am paying for buying a samsung mobile phone. I still cannot believe that such a reputed brand can provide such low service. The disgusting behaviour of the staff has put your brand name to shame. Customers being victimized by such a reputed brand is not what we expect. Its out of lot of savings that I had bought this phone. Please help me.

		<description>I have a Samsung semi automatic washing machine.It is under warranty.  I had lodged a complaint vide complaint No. 8411315935 dated 31/12/2009.  After several calls made, Mr.Shifat visited my place on 7th Jan 10 and told that some belt needs to be replaced.  Till date (13/01/2010) i have not got any update on the status.  This morning I spoke to Mr.Sanjay of their Service Centre, I was told that due to closing they could not update the status to me and also it will take another few days to get the belt.  My washing machine is lying unused for the last few days.  The attitude of the people here is very casual.  Can higher authority of Samsung take up this matter on priorty so that their consumer should not suffer because of their internal probelm? Or else give me some other solution??&lt;ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>

		<description>I have been a user of Bournvita for several decades. There is batch to batch variation in the taste and quality of the drink. It had happened during the nineties when a rep of yours came from Chennai to investigate the matter.

I do not know since when M/s Warana are manufacturing the product for the company but certainly, the quality has gone down. The only reason as to why I am still using the product is because of want of other brands that are better than Bournvita. 

The batch No.W90623, 06/2009 B2 is awful at the best and leaves a strange taste in the mouth while consuming as well as after drinking it compelling me to rinse my mouth. 

The problem is serious and need your immediate attention.

		<description>One of the WORSTEVER treatment they offer to their Subscriber for the Times of India Newspaper. After taking the money, they refused to supply newspaper. When contacted they talk very rudely and never seen such silly behaviours  from a company of this stature. The amount involved very small rs.299/-  but their attitude towards their subsrcibers/customers is really worst

		<description>I have made a very big blunder. OF PURCHASING A SKODA CAR. i bought skoda laura from Arshia motors FARIDABAD in june 2009. The car&#039;s doors started rattling about a month after purchase. Went to the dealer workshop. Their engineers tightened the bolts/screws of the doors. Noise goes off. I am relieved. But after another month the problem recurs. Again i went to the dealer workshop, who now say that it is an inherent problem with the car and that i&#039;ll have to periodically come to them to get it rectified. I lodge a complaint with the customer care at Aurangabad, who promised me on the phone that my problem shall be looked into. I get a SMS from aurangabad about 15 days later qouting my Ticket no. and mentioning that my problem is being looked into . In the mean time i went to get the doors rectified for the 3 rd time in 4 months. The audio speaker has given away, AXLE BOOT WAS REPLACED. AND ALL THIS IS HAPPENING WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE OF WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A QUALITY PRODUCT. The attitude of customer care people at Aurangabad is all the more worse. I think for indians Maruti and Honda products are the best and their customer care is much better.My advise would be to avoid Skoda products altogether. 		<description>Hi, I have bought a Samsung window air conditioner last year. The machine has gone into repairs 5 times within this year. The engineers who have attended, have now said nothing can be done. When I have asked for a replacement they have asked me to go to the consumer court. I find this callous attitude of Samsung after sales service very irresponsible. Can I pleaase get help?

                I, Anupal Singh  r/o  house no 209 sector 9-C Chandigarh (India)

had purchased a  Laura Candy White in my wife’s name (Harsimranjit Kaur ) with Vin No TMBBEE1Z39A150373 on 02-07-2009 from your dealership Krishna Auto Sales at Chandigarh. The car has been driven for only 4272 Kms &amp; mostly to the workshop for the perpetual problem of emission of white smoke on starting the car ,with foul smell as well as no pickup and low average.

 

       I apprised M/s Krishna Auto Sales Chandigarh, on 08/08/09 about the said problems, who agreed to look into the problem and assured that the problem would be rectified.

 

                      I must compliment the staff at Krishna Auto Sales Chandigarh for going out of their way to redress my problem. They have been very courteous “but I am Sorry to say that people at Head Office at Aurangabad  are not at all interested in rectifying the problem, rather their attitude is callous and high handed .”

 

                    The hit and trial method adopted from day one leads me to believe that you yourselves are not sure what and how to arrive at the final diagnosis,  short of changing and replacing the parts and then eventually sending software to clear the defect “have done nothing.”

 

                  Sir not only have I suffered mental harassment and huge financial losses, but have also been told in no uncertain terms by Mr. S.K Aggarwal that the defective car sold to me by your ESTEEMED COMPANY will not be replaced rather it may take 2 Year for it to be repaired and the losses incurred by buyers like me are of no consequences to the company. Further when I requested him to furnish me with the details of the MD Telephone No., Email Address , He categorically told me that as he was the sole in charge …………HIS WORD STANDS FINAL. 

         

 

So where do I go from here ?????????????

		<description>It’s been almost 3 years that I have been associated with CVG, and it has been a turning point in my professional carrier. When most students are confused on what path to take after graduation I was lucky enough to land up at CVG. I am not weather people have similar views about the customer care processes but I am specifically talking about the Microsoft EPS program. I don’t think there is any other company apart from Microsoft itself gives you the kind of knowledge and hands on experience that I got while working as a Sr. tech support engineer. I got trained on all updated Microsoft products time to time by talented trainers. Along with learning you get a very good salary which combination of your basic salary and number of different program specific incentives. Working in CVG gave my carrier a direction and now I know where I have to go. I am writing this review during my last few days at CVG. One more important thing is there are no unwanted stringent policies for employees, which get onto once nerves over a period of time. Talking about the rest, HR, management and all...HR was ok but I think management needs to be more proactive and focus and improving engineers technical abilities rather than pushing for less important things. The thing that I liked  the most was transport facility, it is one the best I guess.

Sir,
 
We have booked metro now and it has been infomed by wide Ad in the Newspaper that from 22.1.2009 there will be no publication.
 
Customer can get their refund by handing over the coupon to Vendor.
 
We have handed over balance coupon to NFC Vendor who further handed over to NFC Executive dealing with Metro Now booking.
 
Sorry to say t h r e e (03) months passed we are waiting mere amount.  Vendor informed us that he had not been given any payment for other customer coupon payment too.  He is neither adjusting the balance amount nor making payment to us while your Ad clearly states that balance subscription would be adjusted over the next 30 days by the vendor or customer can call 42512207.
 
Since morning we are trying your above number nobody picking up.
 
We need to file a request with Cosumer Forum for refund of little amount with compensation or request you to please direct your Executive to pay the amount, received by him long back -  please advise us suitably.

Dear Sir,
I (Customer ID No. GB/C/0408/10018) is providing the following information regarding your product refrigerator 310 DLX Professional Titanium. 

1.	I was purchase your product on 24/04/08  by your registered dealer Fair Deal corporation Navyug market Ghaziabad201001.

o	But it was observed by me that  there is problem in both side wall of the freeze and I registered complain on 17/05/08 
o	Through the customer request no. GB05080805919  I just made complain to Call center of whirlpool of India ltd, Ghaziabad regarding my problem but no action taken by the service man and higher authority and in this contest I meet and talk several time over mobile  to the following members

2.	After the replacement of the first the second product having the same problem observed by me and again I made complain through customer code no GB/C/0408/10018 on 09/07/2008 then through the necessary action finally product was replaced on 09/08/2008.

3.	Now second replacement ok and it was conformed by the service man now you are not facing any problem with this product But the above said problem was again observed by me Then I registered complain on 26/09/2008 by the complain no. GB-0908007469only service engineer visited to my residence and say like that company engineer will see this matter.
 
4.	My self and family are very busy so we are facing a lot of problem due to this freeze and on 22/ 11/2008 we again made complain through complain no. GB1108006880 and finally talk to  Mr. Shushil Singh according to him a company engineer will come and observe this case then any action to be considered.

5.	Finally as on date no action taken by your company against my freeze  so you kindly take necessary action  either provide me good product or replace my money  other wise I take help through the other medium.

		<description>I had booked a flight from Chennai to Kolkata for the 10th April 09 under the Re1 Fare (Total Fare Rs 2225). The departure time stated was 1655. Later, when i checked the schedule for taking a printout, i found that the timing had been changed to 1945. 
This disturbed all my onward journey plans. When i talked to the customer call center, i was told that the Airline allows free of cost change in schedule only if the flight timing is changed by more than 3 hours(the change in timing here is 2hr 50min). Now, even changing the flight will be charged Rs 750. 
This seems to be an ingenious way by Indigo Airlines to cheat its passengers as they have advertised Re1 tickets and will be charging its passengers Rs750 due to the change.
