I am writing from chennai. Your delivering paper thro vendors has become irregular. I have to make several complaints to get the news paper.Once I give a complaint it takes 24 hours to get it rectified. Samething is repeated every month. My TOI Order no.NAC039645. Today I did not get my newspaper. It is shameful of a reputed newspaper like yours has fallen into the deaf years about nondelivery of news paper daily..We could always get news from news channel. But why you have given promotional offers of sending cheque in advance and not delivering thro regularly thro the vendors. There is no use complaining thro customer care. After taking caomplaints it takes 24 hours to complete the process of delivery thro vendors again. With the result we dont get the paper for two days. The payment we have made for the year in advance is in loss.

THe service regarding H.R. management poor and no proper direct online complaint cell available for griveances. There is no proper distribution of Times of India paper and for new customers there is a delay of 5 t 6 months in starting the paper.
And there is no response to customers requests and complaints.

hi, I am suscriber 4 of your magazines . namely good homes, femina, hello, filmfare.I have no complaints against the distributing of your magazines by n large but I am disappointed in your reaction to calls made by your clients. I called Bombay off.022-39898090 3 times in the past month and a half asking to renew my subscription as you had sent me the forms and wanted to give the check /cash to your agent in poona[where iI live]. however no one has got in touch with me as yet. It takes one tel call to say they would contact me but I guess 1 person is not imp enough.I also told them I had not yet recieved my may ‘hello’ but there has been no response. I am just disappointed that though I am sure you have highly qualified employees, they seem to have lost that little sense of decency and propriety that makes me consider a person ‘educated’. I hope in the future you are able to train your people better.

One of the WORSTEVER treatment they offer to their Subscriber for the Times of India Newspaper. After taking the money, they refused to supply newspaper. When contacted they talk very rudely and never seen such silly behaviours from a company of this stature. The amount involved very small rs.299/- but their attitude towards their subsrcibers/customers is really worst

Sir,

We have booked metro now and it has been infomed by wide Ad in the Newspaper that from 22.1.2009 there will be no publication.

Customer can get their refund by handing over the coupon to Vendor.

We have handed over balance coupon to NFC Vendor who further handed over to NFC Executive dealing with Metro Now booking.

Sorry to say t h r e e (03) months passed we are waiting mere amount. Vendor informed us that he had not been given any payment for other customer coupon payment too. He is neither adjusting the balance amount nor making payment to us while your Ad clearly states that balance subscription would be adjusted over the next 30 days by the vendor or customer can call 42512207.

Since morning we are trying your above number nobody picking up.

We need to file a request with Cosumer Forum for refund of little amount with compensation or request you to please direct your Executive to pay the amount, received by him long back – please advise us suitably.
